Baby octopus slowly cooked in fresh tomato, chilli, garlic, parsley, black olive served with toasted bread and olive oil dressing

Maiale e lenticchie

Pork belly slowly baked served on a bead of spicy lentils and dressed with a lime and olive oil dressing


Medaglioni funghi e pecorino

Chargrilled medallions of beef fillet in a onion, mushrooms, rosemary and pecorino cheese sauce served on a bed of polenta

Coda di rospo alla siciliana

Monkfish cooked in a peppers, black olive, cappers, parsley, onion, white wine and tomato sauce served with toasted bread
