TRIO DI BRUSCHETTE
Three slices of Italian bread topped with: Peppers, olives and garlic sauce. Mushrooms, chilli, fresh tomatoes, garlic and rosemary sauce. Smoked salmon, mayonnaise and chives. Vegetarian option available with mozzarella and tomato. (V)
CONCHIGLIE FARCITE
Pasta shells filled with ricotta cheese and spinach topped with melted mozzarella and tomato and then baked (V)

Medallion of pork cooked with onions, white wine, tomato sauce and finished with mozzarella and basil then oven baked.
SPIGOLA CON COZZE E CALAMARI
Pan fried sea bass in a garlic cherry tomato and white wine sauce topped with mussels and squids finished with a touch of chilli.

Layers of aubergine and courgettes in a rich tomato pesto and parmesan sauce, baked in a lasagne style.
